In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "334win," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 334win platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 334win website accessible at 334win.ws, its mobile-optimised version, and any related sub-domains or services made available by 334win.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 334win platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a User on the 334win platform.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the PKR balance held by 334win on your behalf for the purpose of placing wagers and receiving payouts.
• "Game(s)" refers to any casino game, live dealer game, slot title, or virtual game made available on the 334win platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a Game or sportsbook market using funds from your Account Balance.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service available on 334win, including but not limited to cricket, football, tennis, and kabaddi markets.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other incentive provided by 334win subject to applicable Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which 334win verifies the identity and age of Users.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency on the 334win platform.

To register and use the 334win platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 334win strictly enforces this age restriction. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds returned to the depositing payment method minus any winnings derived from wagers.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of a 334win employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from the 334win platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
7. Only one account per individual is permitted. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 334win login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Keep your password strictly confidential and not share it with any third party, including family members or friends;
• Notify 334win support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensure that your registered email address and mobile phone number remain current and accessible;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), which is strongly recommended but currently optional on 334win;
• Not permit any other person to access or use your account, for any reason or duration.

334win accepts no liability for any losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report a security breach to 334win support.

Your account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or your account balance to any other person.

4.1 Deposits. 334win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited to your 334win Wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within twenty (20) minutes during normal operating hours. 334win reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the 334win platform are conducted in PKR. 334win does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for which 334win bears no responsibility.

4.4 Declined Transactions. 334win may decline any deposit or withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, if KYC verification is incomplete, or if the transaction would violate any applicable law or regulation. 334win will notify the affected User promptly and provide a reason where permitted by law.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. If your account has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. 334win will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying a monthly administration fee of Rs. 200 to cover maintenance costs. The dormancy policy will not reduce your balance below zero.

5.1 General. All wagers placed on 334win are subject to these Terms and to any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant game or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule prevails for matters specific to that game, and these Terms prevail for all other matters.

5.2 Finality of Wagers. Once a wager has been confirmed by the 334win platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except in circumstances expressly permitted by 334win (such as a cricket match being abandoned before the minimum number of overs are bowled, as specified in the sportsbook rules).

5.3 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on 334win use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG software is independently tested and certified by an accredited testing laboratory. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the expected theoretical return over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome.

5.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers using physical equipment in licensed studios. Connection interruptions during a live game round do not automatically void the round. If a wager has been confirmed before a disconnection, the round result stands. 334win recommends using a stable internet connection for live casino play.

5.5 Void Bets. 334win reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance in full.

5.6 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. 334win is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits, regardless of the bet size or apparent result.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 334win are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. These general Terms apply to all bonuses in the absence of specific terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 One Bonus Per User. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per User, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.4 Withdrawal Restriction. Where a User has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, 334win may withhold withdrawal of the bonus portion of the balance until the wagering requirement is met. The User may choose to forfeit the bonus and its associated requirements at any time through the Account settings.

6.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and the associated balance will be removed from the User's account without notice.

6.6 Abuse. 334win reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any withdrawal, and suspend any account where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a promotion has been abused — including but not limited to through arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of game mechanics.

334win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be treated as a method of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing personal or financial difficulties.

7.1 Self-Management Tools. 334win provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Alerts: Configure periodic reminders that display your session duration and net gaming result.

Your use of the 334win platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 334win platform without express written permission;
• Use the 334win brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform by any automated means.

Any use of 334win intellectual property beyond the limited licence granted here constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal action.

10.1 The 334win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 334win disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service availability.

10.2 334win shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet interruption, or platform outage;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Decisions made by automated game outcomes or sportsbook settlement systems.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 334win's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

10.4 334win's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any matter arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 334win account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 By 334win. 334win may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• A regulatory, licensing, or legal obligation requires it;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe.

On termination by 334win for cause, any account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. Where no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your last-used payment method within five (5) business days.

11.2 By the User. You may close your 334win account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any verified and unrestricted balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification is complete, typically within five (5) business days. Active bonuses with unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

334win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 334win will provide reasonable advance notice by:

• Displaying a prominent notice on the 334win platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect; and/or
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the 334win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.2 above.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment. 334win recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 334win's international gaming licence is issued. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under local law.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 334win platform, you agree to contact 334win's customer support team in the first instance and allow a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved informally before commencing any formal proceedings.

13.3 Dispute Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service, the details of which are available from the 334win support team. 334win's final decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account balance calculations will be based on the records maintained by 334win's systems, which shall be treated as conclusive evidence in the absence of demonstrable error.

13.4 Time Limit. Any claim against 334win arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
